Stopped over-constraining sketches in Fusion 360 unless it actually improves stability

Earlier I treated fully constrained sketches like a personal achievement, but complex sketches became painful to edit later.

Now I only fully constrain dimensions that actually affect downstream geometry. Large flexible layouts are much easier to iterate this way.
