I Never Realized How Important Thermal Design Was
At first, I focused almost entirely on electrical connections.
Recently, I've been paying more attention to heat.
Copper pours, thermal vias, component spacing, airflow—they all affect reliability.
A circuit can be electrically correct and still run into problems simply because it gets too hot.
It's a good reminder that PCB design isn't just about making things work—it's also about making them last.
What's your favorite thermal management tip?
