Hole pattern shifts after DXF export from FreeCAD

I designed a part with a hole pattern using FreeCAD's Part Design workbench and a linear pattern. After exporting the body to DXF, the holes are shifted about 0.5 mm from their correct positions relative to the outer profile. I tried exporting using the default DXF export, as well as creating a Shape2D view and exporting that.

I also tried using TechDraw to generate a DXF, but the shift remains consistent. I double-checked my sketch constraints and pattern parameters. When I open the DXF in LibreCAD, the holes are offset. What causes this shift and how can I produce an accurate DXF?
